Terms of Service

These terms explain how Talup works and what you can expect when you use the service.

1. Introduction

Talup is a UK-based online service that offers tools to help with CV writing, cover letters, interview preparation, professional profiles, and related job application support.

By using Talup, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Using Talup

Talup is here to help you prepare better CVs, applications, and interview answers. The tools are designed to support your work, not replace your judgement.

You are responsible for how you use the content created through the platform, including anything you choose to send to employers, recruiters, or other third parties.

3. No Guarantees

Talup does not guarantee job offers, interviews, or outcomes.

The service is designed to help you prepare and improve your materials, but hiring decisions are outside our control.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

If someone else uses your account because your login details were not kept safe, we are not responsible for that misuse.

5. Payments and Refunds

Some parts of Talup may require payment.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Refunds may still be considered at our discretion in limited cases.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the platform.

  • Do not use Talup for fraud, abuse, or misleading activity.
  • Do not interfere with the service or try to access parts you should not access.
  • Do not use the platform in a way that harms other users or the service itself.

7. Access and Suspension

We may suspend or remove access to Talup if these terms are broken, if the platform is being misused, or if we need to protect the service and its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Talup is not responsible for decisions made using the tool, loss of opportunities, or output that turns out to be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs.

You should always review anything generated through the platform before relying on it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

If you continue using Talup after changes are published, that means you accept the updated terms.
